Sanacras Privacy Policy
- Registration and Account Security
Users can browse and view content on the Sanacras platform without registration. However, to access and use our Services, users must register and create a password-protected account (“Account”). Upon registration, account details will be sent to the user’s registered email address or mobile phone number.
User Responsibilities:
- Maintain the confidentiality of account details.
- Be responsible for all activities under their account.
In Case of Misuse:
- Promptly notify Sanacras of any security breaches or unauthorized use.
- Sign out at the end of each session.
Sanacras is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to comply with these rules. Users may be held liable for losses incurred by Sanacras or other users due to unauthorized use of their account resulting from their failure to keep account information secure.
- Prohibited Activities
Users shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person and to which the user has no right.
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, or harassing based on gender.
- Is libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes money laundering or gambling.
- Is harmful to children.
- Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Violates any applicable law.
- Deceives or misleads about the origin of the message, or knowingly communicates false or misleading information as fact.
- Impersonates another person.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- Is patently false and untrue, published with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause harm.
