  1. Grocery Products (Delivered in Indore)
    • Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns for grocery products delivered within Indore. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our food items.
  2. Other Products (Delivered Across India)
    • Return Window: You may return non-grocery products within 2 days from the date of delivery.
    • Return Process:

      2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
      3. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Conditions for Return
    • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included.
    • The product should not be used or damaged.
  4. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
    • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference.
